Coach Beard leaves? I don't know. But I do know that's what most in Central Arkansas will believe unless we quickly prove otherwise.
Interviewing for a job, doesn't mean the interviewee will take it if offered. We should know more in a day or two.

Well I'm not so sure about that. If we hadn't had an AD for well over a decade that wasn't interested in doing much of anything to move the program forward, we wouldn't have that potential perception. We don't have a worthless AD now, so things should be very different going forward!

I do agree that have a terrific AD does give us a chance to keep the momentum going.
I just hope Chase's contract negation skills are sharp.

They were good enough to hire Coach Beard. I'm sure there is another hidden jewel out that that we might not know about. I don't expect someone to come in and win 30 games, but I wouldn't have expected that of Chris had he stayed another season. Those seasons are extremely unique for a mid major program.

If we slip back to any degree, that will be the general attitude in Porkdom.
Not if we go to the NCAA again.
