Seems like Bono is doing stuff position coaches usually do. Looks slow and disorganized. A lot of standing around. Trying to do the faux energy thing. Now that he's learned how to Tweet he's trying to produce "Fleck like" videos.

Bono is a good coach and a good man. He treats his players with respect and encourages and guides them.

Fleck is the similar but is younger with incredible energy. Both have their strengths. Both can coach and motivate.

We'll see how next year's game goes to determine coaching results.
