The above countries are on the USA Visa Waiver Program. Citizens of the above only need a passport to come the USA. No Muslim countries on the list? Wonder why? Trump should fine this a little. Make America Great Again.

As an additional safeguard,

As of January 2016, the visa waiver does not apply in cases where a person had previously traveled to Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen on or after 1 March 2011 or for those who are dual citizens of Iran, Iraq, Sudan or Syria.[27] Certain categories such as diplomats, military, journalists, humanitarian workers or legitimate businessmen may have their visa requirement waived by the Secretary of Homeland Security

You are right. I did not think that it was but their legal system is based on English common law. (Certainly not Middle East or N. Africa geography wise)
Based upon their actions a few months ago, such as banning Christmas, they probably need to go ahead and add Brunei.

Looks like they went to Sharia in 2014. 5 year prison sentence for publicly celebrating Christmas.

The death penalty, including death by stoning, will be introduced in the final phase a year later for offences such as adultery, sodomy and insulting the Koran or the Prophet Muhammad.

Most of the laws will also apply to non-Muslims.

The Sharia Penal Code calls for the stoning of people who commit a variety of sexual 'crimes' including sodomy, adultery and rape.

The strict Islamic law code also includes flogging, stoning and amputation.

'By the grace of Allah, with the coming into effect of this legislation, our duty to Allah is therefore being fulfilled,' the sultan said at a legal conference in Brunei's capital last year.

Even before that law was passed, there was a ten year prison sentence for gays.

Look at all the white privilege! Even three of the four Asian countries on that list are the "white" countries in Asia! Dayum!
Very few South American countries on there (Argentina and Brazil want to be on the list). No Israel either.

You also have to feel bad for the few European countries excluded, like Poland and Romania.

Argentina was on the list years ago.

Brazil requires US citizens to have a visa and passport for no other reason than the US requires Brazilian citizens to have a visa and passport.

no offense intended to anyone, and I feel certain that nobody intended this, but this is the sort of meaningless 'add on' to the OP that solicits the meaningless correction. The correction is proper, and the statement was overly broad, but too often it leads to a dismissal of the clear point... that by and large, the Obama administration and DHS etc is JUST as concerned about Islam as anyone else... and all we're really arguing about is the words used. Whether we say they are 99% peaceful, but deny them automatic visas.... or whether we say they are a threat and do so. The end result is functionally the same, and BOTH comments are 100% valid.

The administration wants to act like they aren't concerned... when clearly they are... and the opponents want to act like they are concerned about 'each and every one', when clearly they aren't.

If I recollect there are many, many muslims that live in those countries, right? So how can there be "white privilege"?

She'll have no trouble fitting in.

Honestly I'd rather we had no such thing as a Visa Wavier Program. Why take chances in this day and age when thoroughness could easily prevent bad people from getting access to this nation.
Sarcasm? Wouldn't that be more like Irony?

I don't really know which word is more worthy. I'm not a genius like a lot of you here. I am such a humble person.
