On this weekend for several years my parents' clan has gathered in Booneville. I expect most of them will make it this year, since they are quite elderly and by the laws of nature won't be around too much longer. Ought to be over 70 people assembled. The big event is lunch tomorrow.
And then, guess what the big event will be Saturday afternoon? Hmmm?
Great way to experience it, with family! My dad raised me on Trojan basketball, and I'll always treasure the many many games we went to together. I was too young to really appreciate it when we beat Notre Dame. Sure wish he was still around to experience this year with me!
I pointed out Chasse on the screen to Daddy and told him that was the guy who came by especially to meet him when he was able to attend the last time, right after CC had been hired. He didn't remember it, but I didn't expect he would.
