Yeah, but I bet it trashed the vast majority of the brackets out there. Yale just isn't supposed to beat a Big 12 team.

Little Rock just knocked off Purdue, another 12 over 5. I picked Little Rock to go to the Sweet 16.

Did I hear correctly that Baylor lost last year to GA State in its first game? The Baylor coach must be hearing some static about now.

UAB has beaten a #1 seed as a #9 seed in the 1st round.
Hasn't been better than that regarding #1 seeds in the 1st round (or whatever the non-play in round is now)

If you're talking about the win over UK that was the seconod round.

Sorry. Correct. Still the earliest the 1st seed went down & to the lowest seed it could go down to in the 2nd round.

I picked Yale...simply because Baylor was their opponent.

I don't care much for Baylor either...but still have to give their fanbase major respect for the UAB chant on Gameday.

Yale was practically playing in their own back yard. Yale's campus is only 1.5 hrs from Providence. That was an easy 12-5 seed upset to pick.

Im gonna blame my response on Sometimers disease. Sometimes I gets it right, and sometimes I gets it less right.

Someone on ESPN called the Yale upset, which is why I picked it. Baylor was only a 5 point favorite, the closest of the 5 12s
