St. Bonaventure- last team out of the NCAA tournament; RPI of 30; Number 1 overall seed in the NIT. Loses tonight at home to Wagner 77-75.
Holy Cross does it again. Fifth straight win away from home (although tonight was a neutral site game not a true road game). Beats Southern in the play-in game and gets to go against #1 Oregon.
Monmouth had to vote to take the NIT.
I think a lot of teams are so hurt they just can't get up for the NIT.

I can certainly understand that with Monmouth.

Monmouth had a RPI in the 50's (or maybe high 40's). St. Bony has an RPI of 30 and won the Atlantic 10- didn't realize how badly they got snubbed. Regardless, you play the 8 seed on your home court you shouldn't lose. Just helps the committee look good.
