I am incredibly busy during the midweek, makes it hard to go find all the games. Weekends are easier.

I'd love it if someone would pick up the midweek slack for me.
Need to win at least 75% of these.

UTA, ULM, and USA have tough games, but the rest are near must wins.

Agreed. UTSA is 8-7 but it's a deceptive record as they have played a tougher OOC schedule than most (not all) of us in the SBC. (SOS of 59). We used to routinely beat up on UTSA but haven't fared well the past couple years.

I'm simply amazed at the number of home games the rest of this league has gotten to play. This is home game #5 for AState, and I look over and Texas State hasn't left the state of Texas, and Georgia State hasn't left the city of Atlanta.

Must be nice to have good weather.

Ha, I hadn't noticed that. In fact, we only have 9 games out of state...being our series vs ULL, GS and stAte.
Mercer is no slouch. Kyle Lewis may go in the top 5 if he keeps this up.

Cajuns have had 7 home, 6 away, and 3 neutral.
Road wins = 1.3 wins
Road losses = 0.7 losses
Home wins = 0.7 wins
Home losses = 1.3 losses

Playing on the road can greatly help your RPI versus playing a lot of home games. It's a double-edged sword.

Yes, but we're not playing all those games at home. We're at:
Baylor
UT (2)
Rice
A&M
UTA (3)
UTSA (2)
SHSU
UTRGV
a tournament in Corpus Christi (3 games)
and ULM we were the visitors (however the NCAA wants to account for the RPI there)

We were originally going to have 28 home and 27 away but the ULM series changed that to 31/24. It still would have only put us out of state for 12 games.

Ah yes, the joys of playing at UTSA... Look at that beautiful, spacious, and well protected dugout.

You guys are the oddballs hence why I didn't use you guys as an example.

Ccu is another example. I think 1 road game so far

And just think about it COGS
we get to play there not once, but twice, this year.

(rivalry series 2/1 rotates yearly)

Lot of new fielders this year and coach wanted to challenge the team early.

It was more in response to chief mentioning some teams had a bunch of home games. Road games can be a good thing for some teams in building a good RPI.
Due to error UTSA takes the early 1-0 lead T2
GS leads Mercer 8-3 in the 4th.
Bobcats are tied 1-1 T3
