Its baseball season--where you Rice guys at? Should be a good one. Probably as tough a road series as our @ UVA one was.
Go Owls! We have an active board on CSNBBS, but not that many Rice fans venture over to the conference board.

Our season has been somewhat disappointing so far, as we are only 6-6, but we do have some decent wins. You guys have had a good start, would love to win the series!! :)

You guys dropping out of CUSA? 05-stirthepot
Why do ecu fans feel compelled to come here under what seems to be legit reasons only to feel compelled to stir the spot? Have you been embarrassed off the AAC board with your football and basketball performance this year?

Why do Marshall fans enter a ECU Rice baseball discussion thread with nothing to allow about baseball?

But, back to baseball.... I think whoever wins Friday will have the edge on going 2-1 in the series as I don't think either team can pull off the sweep.

What ExcitedOwl18 said. Post this over at The Parliament, and you will get a lot of response.

On this board, every thread seems to deteriorate into Sunbelt fans pimping their school but saying they would never consider a move to C-USA.
Good too see ECU having a strong start to their baseball season. When I think of ECU baseball, I think of Coach Keith LeClair. For those new to CUSA, Coach LeClair coached Pirates baseball in the late 90's and early 2000's. He fought a courageous battle with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. He exemplified the Pirate fighting spirit. I remember the day he finally lost his battle and left this world. He left ECU a better place and this world a better place.
