As I am not in New Orleans for the tournament, I'm making my predictions for the matches taking place; ladies first!

For Friday's semifinals, I see top-seeded ASU going against Troy, while Little Rock will face No. 6 Texas-Arlington in the other semifinal. For Saturday night, it will be Red Wolves v. Trojans, Round 3, with Coach Boyer and Co. finally cutting the nets down as champion.

On the men's side, things are not as straight forward. #4 Louisiana will face South Alabama in one quarterfinal, with Arlington facing defending tournament champion Georgia State.

Saturday's semifinals will have Little Rock facing the Ragin Cajuns, while Monroe goes against Arlington. Sunday's final: Warhawks-Trojans III, with Monroe winning the title. That's my predictions for the tournament.
Hard to argue.
You say you are a super fan and picked ULM, you guys are not fans at all if you think like that. #Sad

Let's not get the "Fan Police" crap started again! Fans can objectively pick another team in a prediction and still be big fans of their own program.
Thanks, PTJR. A prediction and a hope are two different things. We have no better fan than Curtis.
I'm picking our Trojans to win it all. We're not going to waste our best season ever. (I hope)

Indeed I am a super fan, but also a realist when it come to the post-season. Please don't get yourself twisted.
TWISTED!!!
Officially, I am picking the AState Women and Little Rock men. Though, I think the 2 seeds in both brackets are very capable of pulling off a title.

Dark Horses: Both 8 seeds: Applachian State Women are playing their best ball of the season, and could have easily beaten both our teams this past week. They had a chance to beat you guys late, and we didn't pull away till the 4th quarter. They have the capability to spring an upset

South Alabama's Men is an inconsistent beast. They rely to much on Williams, but they match up incredibly well with Georgia Southern and ULL, who would be their first 2 opponents. I could see the Jags making a run to the Semifinals where there season would ultimately end.

I would like to play a team who has already played 2 games in our first game. That would give us an advantage. I think we will be at a disadvantage playing a ULL team that has played (and won) only one game.

Significant disadvantage considering it will be a near home game for the Cajuns. You guys should be big fans of whoever survives the GS/USA game tomorrow night.
I believe that the Trojans will play UTA in the final and I believe they will pull it out. Will be a rough road to get to the final but I believe the cream will rise to the top. Curtis your pick is certainly realistic and well founded but I know you want a Trojan victory just like the rest of us.

Yes I do, to be honest. It doesn't matter if people say that I'm not a "homer", if you will. I just look at our recent history in conference tournament play, as well as our body of work during the season.
I think Curtis is using reverse psychology. By predicting someone else will win, reverse Karma (whatever that is) will take place, and our Trojans will win it all. Clever Curtis. It could work. I'm in.
I'll drink the karma kool-aid. I'm in as well.
I called the first South Alabama win correctly. Can they get the 2nd?
As being a cajun fan I just want to say that I am read to watch a great match up between the Trojans and cajuns tomorrow. Shawn long is coming off a career best 34 point game against usa but there's yall do have something special this year
From here on the sbc teams have what we don't, size. So, it's a scrap two win 2 and go to the ncaa's

Should be a great game. Can the Trojans beat the Cajuns? Hell yes. Will it be easy. NO. Try to contain Long and get to even on rebounds and hit some threes. If they can do that and take care of the basketball then I like their chances. If not it's off to the NIT.

Nice win! Hope we, ULM, join you in the championship game. UTA gonna be tough though!
