Akron is beatable if UT plays well.
Kept an eye on the Miami game while the UT men were playing. A not very good Miami team outplayed them for most of the game, with the glaring exception of about a 5-7 minute period where it went from a 7 point Miami lead to a 17 point Akron lead in the blink of an eye. Miami had a period where they didn't get a shot to the rim in about 6-7 straight possessions, and UA got fast break layups on pretty much every one of theirs. Rockets can't let them go on a tear like that.
Still amazed that Plybon came back in the game after being hurt. She was face down on the court motionless for a minute or two so while the medical staff was checking her neck and back. Came back in the game about 2 minutes later and buried a 3.
