The only way the GOP can slow him at that point is for the other candidates to urge their supporters to vote for Kasich in Ohio...vote for Rubio in Florida. If Trump wins any of those states? Its over Johnny.

The March 15 primary is the last stand of the GOP insiders to stop Trump. At this point? I don't see it happening.

Would it not be concerning that the party would take over the reigns because they don't trust the people?

No and no. It won't be over tonight, but nobody is going to stop him. I can think of no scenario where he doesn't win a good 40 out of the 46 States remaining, but I predict nobody gets out after tonight. He'll lose Texas and I don't think he'll appeal to the West Coast or the libertarian minded Mountain West. Kasich and Rubio have outside chances to win Florida and Ohio. But they can't stop him from getting the majority. Just read the comments. We are under the same spell Obama put us under.

He paid off the debt, stood ready to help Texas, fought a corrupt bank and promoted American strength.

I disagree with him not letting South Carolina secede. But otherwise, he is a great President. The Trail of Tears was unfortunate, but his good outweighed that episode.
