The men's team is having an incredible season and deserve some recognition. They just stunned #25 NC State by a score of 4-1. They went 8-0 in February. The amazing thing is how young this team is. 5 out of the top 6 are underclassmen!

The women beat Harvard today too.
And last but not least, Womens Lacrosse beat VT over the weekend!!
Aljosa and Dom have done a great job with our programs. It's even better that ODU hired from within the Monarch family when they brought Dom on to coach the women's team. He's a great motivator and coach to the girls and they seem to have the utmost respect and adoration of him; for both coaches for that matter.

Not sure I really understand todays scoring in tennis, but it seems like 2 of ODU's players retired after they had wrapped up the match and that could have given Elon 2 more points.????????????????????????

Yep team tennis plays that way. You secure the win, no need for the remaining matches to finish, they only risk injury and they have no affect on the outcome. Now if it is a conference match those two matches may have pairing implications in the singles ranking so they play it out. Coached High School tennis for about 15 years.

We have a very young team. This team can be scary good in two years, if the guys stay committed. Tennis is a sport that must be played year round.
