We go from one huge thing to play for to another. First 20 wins. Then the regular season championship (HUGE to me). Now to winning out so we might stand a chance for an at-large. Then winning the Belt tournament. Then making good showing in whatever post season we are in.

I want to see the team break the record of 26 wins Tuesday night against ASU. They'll come after us, don't doubt it, but even though our guys have clinched the championship, they will meet the challenge. They owe ASU for inflicting our first league loss. Our guys won't forget that. The Woofs won't go down without a fight, but our Trojans surely won't either.
I think we win this one. We have something to prove.
Don't think our guys won't be ready for this one. Got to avenge our loss in Jonesboro.

Yes sir. I should have kept going. Slide that goal into the mix. And then why not throw in 30 wins someplace in the stack. That would be a nice mark, and not that far-fetched.
30 wins for the Little Rock Trojan men? Unheard of. But possible.

Eh, we've lost 7 straight, effectively destroying any chance we had at a decent finish, and probably ending our tourney chances. I think the team may be ready to call it a year as well.

My thought leading up to the game is that it won't be pretty for you guys. Still, I then remember that you did beat us and have some talent. Maybe your guys will get "up" for a game one last time. Regardless, at the moment, I would be surprised if we don't win by 20.
If we lose before the finals, a lot of this wonderful speculation comes to an end, in all likelihood. But not the NIT. That ain't speculation any more.
Well I hope your prediction is right. I'd love to see a 20 point win over the Woofs. I still have a sour taste in my mouth from that loss in Jonesboro.
