Seems like a good place for Shields right now. They are still in a bit of a rebuilding mode, and success could really propel his career.

I figured the Missouri coach was gone after this season. Maybe this win helps him. Maybe being a much admired ex-player buys him another year. I'm not holding my breath, however. Like Auburn, Missouri kicked their best player off the team. Maybe that will give them a spark against the hogs as well.
