Actually get to see this one live for a change. 02-13-banana Like Mo said on 700 this morning, if you consider yourself an NCAA tourny team then you beat the 181 RPI team at home today. GO CATS!
BTO had it right...

This game scares me. Not because I think UC will lose, but because there's nothing to gain. That's the problem with half of these conference games. Blah.
I predict one good half of basketball.
I predict we pound the stink out of the Pirates.
The old, "If we play well it is not interesting because we win big. If the game is close it is notinteresting because we are playing poorly."

I will watch anyway.

yup...this line of thinking comes from being in a conference like the AAC where you play multiple games against teams like Tulane, UCF, ECU, UH, etc.
We miss more wide open shots from the outside then any team I have ever watched. Good thing we are destroying them in the paint.
We have not made one jumper yet.
This offense would be so much better if Evans could hit a jumper. He was so money early this year and has maybe hit 2 jumpers in a month
We are running decent offense inside the paint, but for some reason still jacking up deep threes, which we are missing.

When they ate packing in the zone you won't get a layup every time. Impressed with what they have gotten but offense will struggle if they can't hit wide open threes
Over 10 minutes without hitting one jump shot
HOORAY
Liked seeing Ellis' hustle on the offensive end the last several possesions
Playing hard. Don't know if I've ever seen so many balls roll out of the rim.

Yep, would love to see that continue.

A ton of shots halfway down and out. Getting layups or wide open shots almost every possession

If the kid would remove his head from his ass he'd be one hell of a player. It's great to glimpse what he's actually capable of, but frustrating at the same time. How about that alley oop play where the defender barely touched him and instead of playing through contact and dunking the **** out of the ball he went for the Oscar and got a foul called. Sure he got the foul, but that's the difference between winners and losers.
Just curious and I know he's been doing it all year but Troy's almost set-shot seems much more pronounced than last year. Is it just me. Wondering if that's why he's gone from a 40% 3 PT shooter to a rougly 30% shorter this year.
