Seems that Forbes was (understandably) not the only ETSU coach frustrated yesterday with the players.

I went to the game (still recovering from the headache of the screamin' youngsters LOL) and laughed so hard at the scene that the JC Press describes in the article. Early in the 3rd quarter, the Lady Bucs were NOT doing well. Coach Ezell is so fun to watch and we saw her throw up her hands and send 5 replacements to the ref table to pull every single one of the 2nd half starters out. The game play didn't allow it to happen right then, so those 5 replacements sat there for a minute and you could tell the gals on the court noticed they were all about to get pulled. They went on a fantastic run, scoring two threes and a layup within about a minute. A timeout was called and she had all the replacements go ahead and sit down. I loved it. You can tell she really cares for her team, but isn't afraid to tell them when they screw up big time. They seem to know it and adjust accordingly a lot of the time.
It still wasn't a super pretty win for the Lady Bucs. At least it was exciting for the little kids there for Education Day and at least it was a win. Hopefully they can get back into rhythm for Saturday against Furman.
Forbes also has reason to be frustrated with the men. You see little spurts of them making some really nice plays and some great defense and then they revert to not doing it.
Gotta get both of these teams in line for the last month.
