He didn't make it, but really looked good shooting it. Excellent release, ball rotation was really good, but unfortunately the ball went in they cylinder and came out. I realize we have so many other shooters that his role is not that of a big scorer, but I believe if he shot enough, he would put some decent numbers on the board.04-cheers
He did look very comfortable taking that shot.
I really would enjoy seeing him take a good shot when he's open. But he's a very unselfish player and sometimes passes up a good shot to pass the ball to someone else. Great young man.

Stetson does a great job on defense. He plays as hard as anyone on the team. But as far as him "shooting enough", he'd be able to put up decent numbers. He's been shooting here for about four years now. But until he can start making some in the paint, I'd just as soon as not see him putting up three pointers. I love Stetson to death, but he's not going to be a scorer in D-1.

I agree. He has accepted his role, does what the coach asks, and is playing a part in the best season in Trojan history.
No question. But I hate to see him pass up good shots inside the circle, which he does on occasion. He's thinking pass first, shoot last. And that's o.k. for him. I've see him shoot in warm ups and he makes some nice mid range jumpers. Maybe he'll surprise us and start scoring on occasion.
One thing about Stetson, he has had only 5 turnovers all year.
