Had very little to do with Money. Tom is from Indiana and did his masters there. He had several job offers and only took the one that took him home. Raymond Woodie has been promoted to DC and will do a great job. Special teams were his last year and they were amazing.
I wish he would have stayed but I can see the attraction to going yo his alma mater.
Nothing to do with money.
Tom wanted to get home to his home state and got his chance to with Indiana. Nothing more, nothing less.
Is he not getting paid more at Indiana?
