There has to be some sort of payoff somewhere coming to the Raiders if the NFL allowed 3 teams to bid at the same time for at best a dual shared stadium.

Taking that whoever wants to move will move and the other gets a $100M stipend to build their own stadium in their own location?
They get money for a new stadium if they stay put.

Also, looks like Chargers fans shouldn't get their hopes up about keeping the team in San Diego. LA Coliseum is ready for 2 NFL teams.

So just to be clear, Chargers have until 1/15/17 to accept relocation to Inglewood. They have until 3/23/16 to decide SD or LA for 2016.
