The Hawks should just offer Kent 4 years, $40 million and watch him continue to improve.

I'm hoping that he remains healthy and continues to be as successful as he has been thus far through the end of the season so that he can reap the benefits of that big payday afterwards. I'm sure that would be a very big deal to him coming from such a small town in rural North Carolina.

My second hope is that after he gets that big new contract that he remains the same down to earth guy that we all know and care so much about.

Wow, that thread headline scared me, thought there was some bad news. So proud of Baze, his hard work, and his accomplishments.

Thinking WAY down the line, Bazemore seems like a guy that could have a good career doing TV broadcasts as the color guy. He's a natural on camera.

Am I remembering it right that Kent got a degree in Criminal Justice? I think he got another degree too by having the redshirt year.

I agree with you though DJ that Kent would probably provide some nice color commentary sometime down the road and that natural smile would be well placed in front of the camera too.
