Owls did NOT do us a favor. UConn going to be very focused not wanting to lose two straight at home.
But...... we are a good team so we have to win a game vs a good team at some point. So far we have lost to 4 good teams.
Ohio St. is quietly on a roll.
See that someone is protecting the trolls again.

Yeah, but Oklahoma just lost a triple overtime game to a so-so Kansas team, so who knows.
Agreed with OP not good at all, Uconn was already going to be a test but if there is any slight hope of chance we have to win the few top50 RPI games we have left. It was a nice shot at the buzzer though.
We won there last year and we have a better team this year. No reason to think we cant do it again. We are a good team so we will have to beat a good team to justify that.

A so-so Kansas team ranked number one in the polls.
It's a winnable opportunity for a quality road win against a ranked team.

We have get one of these ranked teams sooner or later...right? RIGHT? Yep, it is a good opportunity.

Lolwut.

Is my sarcasm meter broken?
No. That's a true belief he stated.
Is this a case where the crazy person thinks that everyone else around them is crazy? Passing that off as a true belief is an indicator.

What makes you think we have a better team?

Oh, don't roll on me. Im just going by what a few of the other posters said in another thread. Plus racecar guy said that we have lost to four good teams. I'm just trying to look through his CJP colored glasses. Its hazy though......peep the sarcasm bruh. 05-stirthepot
This years team is better than last years. Tarrant, Shaq playing harder, D. Lawson, Burrell all added up more that make up for AN leaving.

How many more wins does that translate into? Don't know; maybe none but I'd still be on this year's team in a game against last year's.

No AN leaving was painful and they will never make that up. I hear the young man is fairing well and will play next season and do well.

The guard position doomed last season’s team. IMHO Josh should have stuck it out with Pookie. But he was sent to the doghouse and never got out. You mentioned Burrell and he was on last season’s team. Only thing he was in Josh’s doghouse too.

What I see between the 2 teams is this year’s appears out of sync most of the time running the MDD and way too many players forcing shots in traffic instead of finding the open man. In the past the motion-dribble-drive had been compared to streetball, but now we look like we ARE playing streetball.

This year’s team could be better but it’s hard to judge playing a long string of cupcakes (at home) and hasn’t beaten a decent team yet.
