We are up to 46 with six maybes.

I just had a call and a very pleasant visit with Chasse. He inquired after my father, who came last year, and we talked some about the team. (I probably am not going to risk bringing Daddy this year.) What a change from the past!

Here is my brother's tongue-in-cheek reply:

OK, do this:
Have somebody take lots of pictures of showy BB antics during the game and good close-up pictures of army personnel having a rip-roaring time.
Then we do a human interest story on you and your army, which the director will certainly put into the media. And suddenly your army swells to a...well, an army of fans and other vagrants. And you have to apply to UALR for funding, and they will supply you with free tickets for everybody in return for the PR value.
Pretty good deal, huh?

What a wonderful thing for Chase to do. Yes, it is quite a change from the past. I suspect that it won't be long before we start wondering how long we are going to be able to keep Chasse here.

I just reserved 50 tickets. If even most of them make it, that will be a new record.
