did this a few years ago- with a lot of success.. going totally based off of record.
1 Xavier 11-0. game tonight @ WF. Win that and if they could go 16-2 in conference, #1 seed very realistic chance for them.
2 Providence 12-1. Going to be a major factor. best player in conference(err, country). Just think a tick behind X, Nova, and Butler.
3 Butler 9-1. 2 easy games left. real different team from last year. Solid.
4 Seton Hall 9-2. 1 easy game left. Will they be able to handle success? That's the big question for them right now.
5 Marquette 9-2. 2 easy games left. How good are they? OOC schedule a joke. Very possible that OOC schedule will cost them in the end.
6 Villanova 8-2. 2 easy games left, plus Temple in Jan. Can they keep the conference dominance going? or has OOC/Tourney played given coaches a blue print of how to beat them?
7 Creighton 8-4. Did the Loyola loss kill their chances? very possibly. Still probably a year away.
8 St John's 7-5. Will they win more than 3-4 games the rest of the way?
9 Georgetown 6-5. 1 easy game left, plus UConn in Jan. Going to take a miracle to get in now. The spoiler of the conference IMO- they'll beat Marquette, Creighton, Seton Hall and maybe keep them from getting bids- but not have a good enough record to get in. Reminds me of 2 years ago big time.
10 DePaul 5-6. they have improved. Just not enough. I think could be a .500 team end of the year, which is huge for them.
