Huskies and Bucks to be nationally televised by BTN
Miami holds off Wright State, 72-67.
Don't know much about Jackson State, but should be two W's this week for Ohio...
The Ohio - Ohio Dominican game Tuesday will be on TWC Sports Channel as well.
MAC moves to 3-0 on the week with wins on Tues from Ohio and Miami.
I don't know what this Miami team is. We've been fine when we've shot well, otherwise we've been pretty unimpressive against less-than-impressive competition.
Jackson St is one of those teams that you get for a buyout home game and the expectation is its an easy win but they'll probably have a +300 RPI too. Although just 2-6 JSU has an RPI of 199 and did take 6-1(rpi80) LaTech to double OT last time out. I expect them to give Ohio a good fight on Thursday.

This is the worst Thad Matta team ever. They have lost at home to LA Tech and UT-Arlington, have lost also to every decent team they've played, again at home mostly because they don't like going on the road unless they have to.

I have no idea why OSU is a 12.5 pt. favorite. This game should be a good measuring stick for NIU.
GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Huskies lost by 13, so I guess the spread was right.
The game was close throughout. The spread was covered with 0:18 left. I didn't see the entire game but I think the final score was the biggest lead of the game.
MAC improves to 4-1 this week as Ohio hangs on to beat Jackson State 72-67.

The Good:
Jaaron Simmons with 17 points, 8 assists
Antonio Cambell with 13 points 11 rebounds.

The Bad:
15 Turnovers (leading to 20 points)
20 Offensive Rebounds given up (24 2nd chance points)
Both Miami and OU had more trouble with Jackson State than they probably should have...especially playing at home and JSU on a long road trip. Oh well...a win is a win!

I think NIUs SOS is overrated. At 320.

This is a little bit deceiving. EMU has played 6 D-1 opponents, all good but they've also played 3 non-D1 opponents.
EMU has played 4 non-D1 opponents.

The SOS is good, but they are 2-4 against those teams with wins only vs. UVM and Omaha.
Gentlemen,
Remember it is strength of schedule not necessarily wins. Most of the MAC teams are playing three to four non-division one teams.

Not true. Look at a schedule. MOST play only 1 or 2. Not that it matters. If your team wants to play lower level teams, it makes no difference to me. It's easy enough to see how they perform against D-1 competition.
