My list:

1. StAte
2. Georgia St.
3. App St.
4. Georgia Southern
5. Idaho
6. NMSU
7. Troy
8. USA
9. ULM
10. ULL
11. TxSt.

Georgia St. fans might even be #1 right now. Idaho supporters are probably more pleased than any other 4-8 fans in the country. ULM should be on the bottom but firing a coach helps. Texas State fans seem out for blood.

As a GSU fan, i couldn't be happier if we won a national championship.

Well, maybe i would be a bit happier...

Ya think?
Right now I think that most of our fan base vasilates between Outrage that this situation could:

A. Be allowed to go on this long

B. Be allowed to continue into the future without any significant changes

And

Total absolute abject apathy . . . .

Just my Opinion . . .

. . .. . course I could be wrong . .

. . . . not that it matters. . . .

since I no longer give a s$&t . . . .

The Arkansas State game still stings a bit, but App fans are pretty freaking happy. 10-2 feels awesome.
If you rated them this morning, it was a solid 15......er, 11. That morning news hit hard.
Georgia State
App State
Arkansas State (Benson and the arrests)
Troy (Slaughtered ULL)
NMSU
Idaho
Georgia Southern (Still upset about Saturday)
South Alabama (Positives for next year)
ULM (Probably simply because the season is finally over)
ULL (See ULM)
Texas State (Still have Franchione)

I'm not pissed. Just a bit disappointed. But we did lose 17 starters last year.

5-8 could really be flipped around in any order. I also thought about knocking GaSo down a couple spots but couldn't figure out where to wedge them into that 5-8 clump.
We finished worse than what we thought worst case scenario was.

I'm not sure that our program has a single content supporter right now.
We don't need a list to know which fanbase is the most pissed off, disgusted, frustrated, etc., and this goes beyond football and Coach Fran. This is all-inclusive.

Trauth, Teis, Fran and Fields.
Southern fans only expect excellence from their school. We have accepted losing to App State in Boone because it has occurred many times. Honestly, App could have been 2-6 and if Southern lost in Boone then I would not be pissed. That's because we are a rivalry and have been through many battles.

Losing at home to a program who hasn't found any success is puzzling. It was like we got punched in the jaw and didn't know how to react. Our only reaction was to lay down and not fight back.

I think the fan base is a bit mystified how this team will respond in its first game after getting kicked in the teeth.

I expect them to respond well

After getting shut out (never since I've been a fan) to WVU 0-44, Southern responded to a 43-17 beat down to Western Michigan.

After getting our #ss handed to by App State 13-31, we defeated Tx State 37-13.

This team has responded this season. Now they face the most impressive opponent to date in Bowling Green. Ranked #3 in Pass efficiency in Div 1A.

I'd rate us as a 5-7 right now.
1. App (Bowling, 10 wins, and most of us are Panthers fans)
2. Georgia State (Beat the Stink by a lot)
3. Arkansas St (Champs)

Everyone else is sad or indifferent.
Not really pissed off because the weakness of GS was known since game 1. Actually, its pretty cool that we can be 8-4 and 2nd Bowl pick in our 1st year of Bowl eligibility. Losing to GA State (or anybody) sucks but its a compliment to know that every team on your schedule sees the game as their Super Bowl. We've been the "biggest win ever" for a few programs and GaSt gets to join App, some SoCon schools, NDSU, a bunch of schools in 2006, etc as experiencing a win against GS that inspires goal posts to be dropped which I think App has done twice after beating us.

Not worried at all about the future, especially GaSt. Great win for them and totally earned. Will be the highlight of their program for years.

Agree other than bolded part. Not sure everybody views us as their Super Bowl, but I reckon Ga. State damn sure did.

We played better in 44-0 loss to WVU than we did against Ga. State.
I'd say we fall right in the middle... Beating ULL badly helped most certainly
Just frustrated, pissed, and starting to not care. The AD has got to go.
I take mine back. Georgia Southern is #1 in happiness and always will be. The group is just too delusional to be knocked down, no matter what happens.

I won't speak for every team, but Georgia Southern is not, and has never been, App State's superbowl.

Who's being delusional? Or does App tear down goal posts for every win? The entire modern App program the last 10 years was built to emulate GA Southern. Prior to 2005, Boone hosted a modest crowd of hillbillies who were literally sitting in trees behind the Port-a-jons. Prior to the last decade, Furman was always our biggest rival because we had confidence in App blowing it in the playoffs - IF they made it. Losing in Boone is ho hum...one of those things.
