Don't buy the article. Temple has a better Defense than UT. The Rockets have a better Offense. You only have to look at the numbers(stats) to know these are very different teams.
If they are a mirror image, do they have a guy who mishandles punts and gets called for targeting?

We can talk about all the "mistakes" that are made during a competition and pick a couple as if they made a bigger difference than any others but ultimately, that "guy" is one of the best receivers the university has ever had and he has no history of dirty play, let alone committing an act that just two years ago would not have been a foul.

There was no morality lapse on the part of the player. There is no part of our self esteem tied up in the play of those kids. Why so harsh?
With the "Campbell moving on" talk going on during the last couple of weeks, it is great if we can poke some fun on what has transpired this season. With a couple breaks, Toledo would be one of only two undefeated teams in the nation this year and would likely be playing in a "big" bowl game. In reality, it was still a very good year.

The guys deserve the credit for executing very well but there is nothing wrong with joking a bit about the "what if" scenarios. Most anyone who has played sports likes to talk more about the times they messed up rather than when they were the hero. No offense meant toward any individual player.

I still remember Grad not spiking the FB and throwing a pass that was a little high going off Nick Moore's finger tips to lose the CMU game. Has nothing to do with the character of the individuals simply a wasted opportunity that went by.
