Liberty tips off on the road against Radford at 7:00 PM. Thoughts or feelings heading into the game?
Just caught the last 2+ minutes of the game when LU was ahead 52-49. Lack of rebounding and Cabbil unable to finish two at the rim drives was the downfall. Another L in another long men's basketball season.
The guys played hard and I'm thinking they'll pull off an upset or two this year. The defense is good, just need to get a couple guys to score.
We fought hard on the road which is a plus. We are putting up a fight and in a position to win games but the youth on the team needs to learn how to win. I don't want to declare that we will "get there" by the end of the season but it looks like we are making progress and the Big South is absolutely not a juggernaut so finishing strong isn't out of the question to me.
Charleston Southern Update:

I can't overstate how much more athletic we look compared to last year. Our athletes look so smooth and fast running around and they appear to be hungry. The camera angles made it look like the Vines Center wasn't too empty which is an accomplishment at this time of the year. Overall, we may not win many games but we sure will work hard to try to win games.

Agree that the players this year compared to last year are more athletic. Due to our size, we seem to be a 3 or 4 guard team at times with 1 or 2 bigs.

Had JMU vs. Colgate on the Roku and LU vs. CSU online. BTW, in case you missed it. Colgate beat JMU 44-38 in Hburg.
