The MAC has 7 bowl spots and 7 bowl teams. There is no way the commish lets them not go to a bowl game. It would look very bad for the conference with our bowl partners.

I think MC is up to 3 coaches being taken from the Toledo staff...though not the OC or DC yet.

Toledo's Strength, LB, Corners coach and "director of high school relations" have joined MC at ISU.

i've learned that not all 'rumormills' on the interwebz are silly baseless idle chatter...we need only look at what happened to another MAC bretheren msgboard (subsequently discussed in person who said the same thing without reference to this msgboard)

Obviously,a "rumor" never has any supporting information because it is a "rumor". If it had supporting information then clearly its not a "rumor". Anything bad Toledo related, rumor not not, makes me laugh so I thought it would be fun to share. Whoever agrees can respond, those who dont, is it really worth the time to type out a response complaining about it?

I am not sure what a trashed office would have to do with not going bowling. Further Matt Campbell was very gracious to UT in his announcement at ISU and said he would not be where he was today if UT hadn't taken a chance on him as a young coach. Further Our AD Mike O'Brian, who said he is friend with the AD at Iowa State, said publicly that Matt Campbell and he agreed that all Toledo assistant coaches (current or former) will be available to coach in the bowl game. Yes many will go to ISU but they have strong relationships with the players and I doubt they let them down and not be available for the bowl game. I guarantee his office was not trashed, would he want to destroy his legacy doing something so stupid? Everything I have read and heard from players and coaches alike was that he handled the situation very well. I would rate this as absolute BS! Here is an interview with the interim head coach just recently sort of saying the same and as you can tell from the interview people at Toledo like this coach are good people and have families, so it really sort of make the whole name calling and rumor stuff a bunch of BS.

I heard they found a bunch Huskie Voodoo dolls with a pins stuck in them all. Darn Toledo will try to do anything to beat our Huskies.
