NC Central is the class of the MEAC, and I don't mean that as an insult. That's a good team.

LA Tech should beat them though!

Ohio State will be a lot tougher, but you never know. Good luck to the Bulldogs!
This game is a dog fight. Going to go down to the wire.
Monarchs fall 64-66.

Had some terrible refs. Didn't even pretend to call the game fair.
Well I'd rather have my at large hopes dashed in November and not March, it'll save me a lot of stress this winter.

No such thing as referees calling a game fair.
Two games back to back is tough even on a neutral court. Saint Joseph's is not bad even though they went 13-18 last year and WKU beat them.
Just looking at the stats, ODU seems like the team from last year minus big man Ross. Struggling on the road and neutral courts; relying heavily on Freeman to score.

hard to rack up a 12-1 ooc record when you're not playing your 12 out of your first 13 at home. like some schools did last year.

i remember thinking they'd be on the road some this year and it might not be so easy. that schedule last year had some pyrite to it and it showed on conference road games.

and this is not smack or attack. i just remember last year when all the bragging was going on and i saw how they racked up those wins at home. i thought it might be a little different this year when they were doing return games on home and homes.

and saint joseph is always gonna be tough game. phil martelli is a good coach and when he has the talent he usually wins.
ODU will be fine. They faced two quality teams, and they are down a much needed big for the time being. I'm not concerned about this team not making the tournament this early in the season.
Marshall is at Morehead St on Tuesday and has James Madison at home on Friday as the first part of an in-season home-and-home.
Other games today:

FAU loses to Lipscomb. 79-65

FIU loses to Oral Roberts. 76-70
Need Rice to beat Fresno!
