How does that happen?

They are in the SEC. It will be interesting to see how the playoff committee ranks them and/or us.

I bet we are nowhere to be found. I bet any G5 team not a mathematical possibility for the access spot will not be ranked.
We beat their Hotty Toddy Arses, they know it, and we know. That is all that matters.

I am quite surprised that we are still getting as many votes as we are, it shows that we are very well respected and people are watching the games. If we win out, we will be ranked again after the bowl game. Great progress by our team, nobody would have predicted this wild success two years ago.

On to Temple!
We should have taken care of our business last night and it wouldn't have mattered.

Is anyone surprised by this? Ole P*ss is part of the $EC and apart from Vanderbilt every single team in the conference is put on a pedestal and is considered a football juggernaut. Memphis is one of the little guys and will never get respect unless it's hard fought and earned. Hopefully, the team will see this slight and will play with a huge chip on their shoulder the rest of the season and make some statements.

We are getting respect this year. We beat a ranked team and lost to two ranked teams. Been on TV for a month.
Ole Miss lost to the SEC East champ, a really hot Memphis team, and a streaking Arkansas team because of a fluke play. Plus that Bama road win looks really solid. No shame in that...

THAT BEING SAID. Memphis barely lost to a Top 15 team on the road, a really good Navy team and beat a Top 10 Ole Miss team easily...

Tigers should be ranked. Ahead of Ole Miss.

Ole Miss beat Bama with the help of a fluke play, Auburn plays for a National Chamionship thanks to a fluke play. Fluke plays are part of football.
Because it is important for the SEC to be represented in the final 4. Even though I don't think it matters to most, AL looks better to claim a loss to a top 25ish program. Just in case they have a close game. Trying to jump over Clemson.

I figure LSU gets it together this weekend. If they don't, we are seeing the normalization of LSU football. People forget before Saban, they were pedestrian.at best and just bad at worst. Corndogs forget the days of Curly Hallman and Gerry Dinardo.

Stayed still at 21 in playoff poll, Ole Miss 22.

is the Playoff Poll the only one that matters now ... no more Coaches or AP polls?

The bama road win looks like a five turnover helmet bounce freeze proof fluke.

I told yall about 100 times ole miss wasn't a top ten team, it wasn't worth the personal degregdation to root for them and the houston and Navy games were more important.

Who brainwashed you folks?
