I think this is less (much less) about the BXII than it's about the state's muscle dude beach flexing, just in case 'someone' has ideas --- see Vawl Medical.
A total waste of taxpayer money. Just take over TSU and elevate it. TSU was created to keep blacks out of UT law school anyways, so just elevate it now that segregation is over.

Maybe he is talking about Texas Southern?
Yes, Texas Southern (given that it's the only TSU in Houston and an HBCU, who else would I be talking about based on the post?). It was long called TSU before the San Marcos school changed its name a decade ago.
