NIU has won 5/5, 6/7, 7/10 of the last great match-ups against Toledo. 2005,2008,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014. Before that Toledo won from 1986-2004. 1989 NIU won in DeKalb.
Maybe in ten years time, if NIU has 15 strait wins, Toledo will view this game as a rivalry.
