The artist's rendering of future facilities behind the commits indicate what the staff is using to bring in these fine prospects. Now we must get them from "future" to "present" or we risk losing some to other programs between now and 2017.

I was unaware until he posted it for the 447th time just now. I'm finally convinced, we need actual facilities, not just pictures of what they would look like.
