Guns don't just "go off". I imagine this is a Plaxico Burress-type case in that the gun wasn't properly holstered, thus I wouldn't call him a "good guy", I'd call him an idiot.

Case in point the Oregon Mall shooting is a perfect example. Once a Concealed Carry citizen inside the mall came in contact with the cowardly shooter,.... Punk killed himself.

Actually the opposite is true. According to what you said, the conceal carry guy cause this guy to shoot himself so actually, it caused one confirm death.
