Not shocked he was getting ready to retire although I'm a little surprised that he didn't finish the season out. I figured he would take a victory lap as it were.
He changed the game though. He was one of the all time greats and certainly one of the best in the history of the SEC.

Wish he would have finished out the season, but the players were just not responding this season nor last. It's probably best for the program to officially begin the process of rebuilding/retooling from a coaching and recruiting standpoint.
