10/16 Cincy at BYU
10/17 Ole Miss at Memphis

10/22 Temple at East Carolina

10/31 Vanderbilt at Houston
10/31 Notre Dame at Temple

11/7 Cincy at Houston
11/7 Navy at Memphis

11/14 Memphis at Houston

11/21 Memphis at Temple

11/27 Navy at Houston
I would throw Memphis @ Tulsa in there in a couple weeks as well. It will be our homecoming.
cincy vs ecu? this could very well decide the east if temple stumbles

but our OOC's games this week could completely change EVERYTHING...
PSU versus Ohio State..louisville versus FSU..both are winnable for both and would dramatically elevate houston/temple

and vandy vs sc probably goes a long way in the credibility of vandy..vandy losses and they are viewed as a bad team...vandy wins and they are viewed as a "bad SEC team" which to the national media would still make it a huge win
Temple would have to lose 3 conference games for Cincy to pass them.

ecu/memphis and 1 upset isnt that unlikely

ECU doesn't need 3 from Temple to pass only beat them head to head. Both can finish 7-1 and ECU has the head to head.

Interesting that Houston is mentioned 4 times and all of them are at home.
Memphis has a damned gauntlet from here on out. If they make the CCG game this time, no one can say they didn't earn it.

There's scenarios where Temple only has to lose twice, albeit not hugely likely ones. Still, if ECU beats Temple, UC beats ECU, and Temple drops another game, that leaves them all tied atop the East. Negates the h2h advantage Temple has over Cincy. In fact, in that scenario, assuming the extra game Temple dropped was to another East team besides ECU, UC would win the east.

I don't like our chances, but it's not crazy talk.

Barring injury, we will likely be favored in every game we play for the rest of the regular season, so that game is actually very important when it comes to the Access Bowl bid conversation. Losing that game may ultimately hand it back over to Boise or Toledo.

It isn't the first and won't be the last time that someone gets all their toughest conference games at home. It's impossible to know who is and isn't going to be any good when the schedules come out. Going into the season, I thought @ UCF was going to be our toughest game.

Concern here, but our O line doesn't look good, Kronke
Every game for a Temple fan is a key game, because we can lose to anyone. When you're used to losing the way we have, you always have an uneasy feeling no matter the opponent.

Do you know anything specific or are you just speculating? I know we played the end of the SMU game (and played quite well) without Oliver, but he's fine.

Diaco's got some trophies in production.

Temple and Houston beware....
We get Tulsa, Temple, USF (who scares me) and Cincinnati at home. Only 2 road games... @ UConn and @ UCF.

I think that gives us a nice inside track to the East if we can upend Temple.
