Can't be bad for Toledo right???? Washington will get some vote's for that. Boise will get a boost from their week 1 win over Washington.
Houston's win may get them more votes. SMU's only win was to North Texas and all of their losses have been to good teams by about the same margin. 48-45 loss to JMU hurts... A win vs. a team who lost to an FCS school can't move you much unless you dominate.
Illinois vs. 22 Iowa is one to watch

It's possible we have 3/4 teams fall in front of us. Duke and Oregon being the teams playing behind us looking to move up.

Navy and 15 Notre Dame as well as BYU and ECU could be interesting games that effect rankings indirectly.
