Star Press reporting on today's game has, IMO, some major spinning going on.

They were DOMINATED. We took nearly a third of our total offense away by penalty and turned the ball over on each of our first two possessions- talk about shabby execution- and we still crushed them. They NEVER had a chance. That's just dumb. Say "We had our asses handed to us by a much better team. We will get better. Thank you." and be done. At their place on Homecoming and we blow our feet clean off and win handily.

Ball State was the #1 MAC team(#24 nationally) running the FB 232.0 yds per game going into today.

I don't know, I think I agree with him. If he'd had a QB that was more on point, they probably would have had at least 50yds running.

Also again noted the number of the other team's players that went down. We're obviously a physically stronger team. And a few key exceptions, our practice injuries seem down from what I recall being a big problem in previous years.
