No they are bad. You could see what we had in harnish and the line. We don't have jack with the line and hare looks clueless right now.

NIU out gained cmu today. Turnovers and penalties and a wierd substitution doomed NIU. Third game in a row that NIU has not executed on offense.

Toledo is the team this year and will be ranked after today. They look the part too. Had that game on quite a bit today.

That's three straight losses. Unless the coaching somehow gets better this team is headed for a 5-6, 6-6 type season. They have three cupcake games and if they can't get this team back on track then you have to get rid of the coaching staff.

Problem is turnovers and MAINLY penalties have been an issue ALL year. Time to get back to football 101

I think these 3 games will be a good chance to get the mojo back - They would get us to 5-3 and 3-1 in conference; then the 3rd and final 4 game stretch in November with the Toledo game kicking that off. We'll see - Time to roll up the sleeves and get to work this week!

there's a very good chance Toledo is ranked. They are #26 as of now, #23 already lost, #20 is losing, and #25 plays #3 later today.

19 lost to Iowa who will prolly be ranked too now. I see Iowa about 23 and Toledo 25.

Yea I would assume Toledo would be ranked this week.

What's your definition of being ranked?
You have to be between 1 and 25?
The AP poll lists "others receiving votes" in order with the number of votes they received, so Toledo was essentially No. 26 ahead of Oregon, Arizona, Boise State, etc. The Rockets have home games with Kent State and Eastern Michigan followed by a game at UMass; odds are the Rockets will be 7-0. So take your head out of the sand (or someplace else) and give them credit due for road wins over Arkansas and Iowa State. It means the Huskies can aim to make headlines with a Nov. 3 win on ESPN2. If we beat Arkansas and Iowa State on the road, you'd certainly expect us to be ranked.

The Iowa St game was at Toledo.

You're right. So give Toledo credit for winning at Arkansas and then being lucky at home. As stated, if NIU won at Arkansas and beat Iowa State at home, everyone would want the Huskies ranked.
