That's a heck of a spread!
This may rival the Arkansas spread.

I like the way they are giving each spread a local flavor so to speak. I assume that the Alumni Association is probably getting some financial help in order to host these nice pre-game events for free. This would be consistent with the new President and the new Development Director being serious about fund raising.

As they say, sometimes you have to spend some money in order to make some money and they appear willing to invest a bit of money for a few nice pre-game feeds in order to hopefully get some significant returns in donations down the road.
At the last one, Dan made it sound like the food was actually reasonably priced....and it was darn good!

When it is free it is truly "cheap at twice the price".
Very nice! Just registered. FYI.. the form is a little confusing. Make sure you add the number of additional guest in the first box for quantity. Then add their names then just put a one for yourself in the lower box. if you make a mistake, it errors when you try and fix it in the cart.
This president wants to meet you. She is willing to make the effort

Who is planning to go to UMass? Flying or driving?
Has there been any mention of a bus trip?
I wish I was one of the rich and retired and can go to all these away games. We need a "poor train."

I'm going. Flying out of Cleveland to Boston. Got a flight for about $200. Rental car for under $200 (rentals are now around $600-800+!!!).
Registered. And not sure how you are getting your rental, but we just got a 1 day rental for 45 bucks

I'm heading out Friday, returning Monday. So, really, just under $200 isn't bad.
