Missed this announcement a couple weeks back. Another sub-license games from ESPN, like the one announced with CBSSN earlier. American Sports Network seems to be carried on various local stations around the country, mostly those local digital channels that normally carry the old TV shows from Retro TV and the like. But it looks like not every channel will carry every licensed game.

The Rockets-BSU game will be carried on this network in addition to ESPN3.

Probably a small $ deal, but good to get the MAC on a few more TV screens.
The MAC probably doesn't even get any money from this. E$PN probably gets all of it.
Don't think ASN does anything other than split ad revenue.
We get ASN games in S FL.
I'd never heard of them but they aired the Memphis/BG game last Saturday on (I think) Buckeye channel 124.

You can get them in Little Rock with an antenna on 7.2 but Dish, Direct, and most cable companies in the area won't carry the subchannels.

They show the games in 720p unless they move it to 7.3 then its in 480p and if you don't have a dog in the fight the picture is too crappy in 480p to watch.
