Win or lose, lets hope it is an exciting game - best of luck to everyone!
Thanks raptorcox! Good luck to y'all as well. . .every week except this one that is! 04-cheers
Congrats on the win, enjoy the rest of the season, Auburn and LSU will be tough (as usual)
Thanks, Raptorcox. The fourth quarter was a little too "exciting" for my taste. Our coach sat on our lead (what he was trying to hatch from it, I don't know and am not sure I want to) and you guys fought back valiantly... Best wishes for the rest of the season.

I was there and you're exactly right DP. I couldn't believe Klutzcliffe sat on that lead. Damn near cost us the game. I left the stadium not feeling that we'd won!
I was busy shuttling my son to and from rehearsal this morning and part of the afternoon, but I did manage to watch most of the first half, and as I was scurrying back home all I could think was, "At least I can enjoy watching the fourth quarter!" Wrong. I know a win is a win and we're 5-0 in conference play and leading the West and all that and I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth, but all the same, WTF was that???? 03-confused

I'm happy with the win, mind you. But I'm concerned about the lack of the killer instinct, the go-for-the-jugular attitude. I'll have a couple more martinis before I call for my boat. :girl:
I was sitting next to a guy that played for SC and he told me during the game that he was really impressed with Eli's leadership - he thinks he is a better all round QB than Peyton...he said he played against Peyton.
. . .until the fourth quarter, when he changed his mind and took it all back. 03-puke
If we don't have the killer instinct juices flowing come Saturday we will have our heads handed to us on a platter! Tub ran the score up like 73-7 against a team he knew could do nothing about it. If Cutt thinks a nice lead is fine, he's kidding himself! Saturday the tables turned when Hutchins thought he had a tackle that turned out not to be one.
Cutt had better realize this ain't flag football, and get the team to kick butt and take names or we will lose the next three.

Predictions for Saturday against AU,
Au 50
UM 20
