How does a team like Toledo get 3 out of its 4 OOC games at home and 7 home games in total?

When was the last time this happened to us?
BC has all 4 OOC games at home.
I think it balances out or there is some deal. I remember CMU had 5 home games what felt like 3-4 years in a row and I wondered the same thing. I think it's kinda like how some years you have a garbage OOC schedule and other times you have a stacked one. It balances out over the years I would imagine?

Because they don't do 4 for 0s with teams like we have with Nebraska. Their AD schedules a lot better. With Frazier it will now even out better for us but we are still paying for the old ADs agreements.

Does anyone have the payouts for these? I couldn't find anything at quick search. From the ones I've seen lately for lesser OOC opponents for B1G teams, I have a feeling we will be getting the shaft here on $ in addition to the scheduling.
We do more FCS games than One and Done money games. Since Ive been in school in '06 we have never had less than 6 home games, and 2018 will be the 3rd time we've had 7 home games.

Unless im forgetting one, I think we have only had 3 one and done games in that time. (Michigan, Florida, Arkansas). We havent lately but we would do some 2-1 deals that would balance out the fcs games. (Purdue, Arizona, Syracuse, Kansas, Pitt)

In fairness, we were scheduled to have 3 OOC home games (7 total home games) this year. Wyoming was scheduled to come to DeKalb this year but it got pushed back. The BC game replaced Wyoming.

If you're counting Soldier Field games as home games, then 2011 and 2012 were the last time. If not, then it was 2003.

I don't think it ever makes financial sense for NIU to have 7 home games. 6 is plenty. I'm even fine with 5, especially if there are a couple very close road trips or a SF game.
