FYI -- I have started adding TV network icons for each game in the pickem list. Just in case you need to know :)
I can't believe you passed up ECU-Navy in favor of Charlotte-Middle Tennessee. Is that so guys near the bottom of the standings like me can pad our stats? 04-cheers
No, its because a) I forget ECU was playing Navy, and b) we wanted to toss Charlotte a bone.
The picks start getting a lot tougher now. In the first two weeks, the average spread was 11 points. This week it's only 8 (despite the two gimmes in NC State and MTSU).

Yeah... that's what my "crack staff" and I were aiming for.

I'm definitely a "Crack" that's for sure :)

We throw out the FBS/FCS games, put in all ACC games possible, and pick out some interesting games outside of that.

Of course, "interesting" can be subjective. I try "Games that would be interesting to the board" first :)

No to what?
I applaud your inclusion of MT in this week's picks. Let's be honest, you included it so that the dozens of us Blue Raider fans would be happy. 05-stirthepot

We do it for the people.

---

In previous seasons, we made it a point to include all of the ACC games (bodybags included), ECU games and WVU, but it was getting to the point where 25 games per week was too many to work through -- both from a player and admin POV.

So, this season, I got our staff to agree to 15 games and to eliminate the obvious "bodybag" games.

In addition, we really wanted to include more of Charlotte, ODU, (copycat wants to get in one game for) Georgia State, Cincinnati (for Wilkie) and Appalachian State -- even if it meant a reduction of ECU and WVU games.

So -- enjoy!
Reminder -- get your picks in before kickoff of Clemson/Louisville.
Got mine in, thanks for heads up!
Ping -- kickoff is soon, get your Clemson/Louisville picks in :)

Hello folks!

The Overall Standings have been updated to reflect the result from last night's ACC tilt between Clemson and Louisville. We (my 'crack staff' and I) will attempt to update the standings during various times tomorrow as game results are updated.

Good luck. Just don't do as well as me. Thanks :)

L yeah, I moved up 3 spots & just 9 out of first. I moving up, watch out, I'm coming!
I knew I should have picked Stanford. My mind to be "Don't listen to your cardinal-tinged heart, USC is gonna win for sure."
