Obviously, in terms of the Win-loss record the picture isn't pretty, but I think when you consider who we have played for the most part it's not too bad. The only real (bad) surprise was Georgia State losing to UNCC, and they may not be as bad as a lot of us thought.

It sucks to have the near misses against the P5, but the next two weeks are what will really matter - UL at Akron and La Tech, App State at ODU and home against Wyoming, StAte versus Toledo, Texas State versus Southern Miss, South Alabama at San Diego State, and ULM at Tulsa. All of these games are in the next two weeks and IMO will be a big part in determining where we finish in the conference standings.

I like our chances myself.
stAte HAS TO beat Toledo since the Rockets took out the Hogs last night.

the hogs looked pretty average last night. so did auburn. if the jax qb had not gone nuts right at the end they would probably have pulled the upset.

I know we are not supposed to use the if team A beats team B and C beats a A then A is better than B but how do most state fans feel big brother will feel will it be a total meltdown or will they give you guys your props.

Jax st lost the game the moment the coach decided to take a knee with 40 seconds and time outs left instead of driving for the FG. Auburn was not losing in OT at home.

Yeah one of the games I was watching tuned in to this I thought it was very strange. they should have went for it and see what happens.
Akron plays at Cajun Field. We beat them at their place last time we played.
Texas St must win against USM since UH is looking pretty good this year. Don't want to go into that game 1-2.

It happened a couple of years ago when ULM beat Arkansas, and then we destroyed ULM.

It will be a total meltdown. No props will be given.
The SEC as a whole is constantly overrated. Three teams with 6 losses from last year come into the season ranked.
