Another great preview! Thanks!
Thanks Boca. It was very interesting how you noticed the similarities to Arkansas' play in the opener with CMU's offense. I had just finished my article including Coach Enos' finger prints being all over the Razorbacks' play, particularly in the first half. All the reporting prior to the UTEP game was pound the ball, pound the ball, pound the ball . . . .

I think Arkansas worked hard on the passing game during the off-season and wanted to emphasis it against UTEP. The question is will they: 1) 50/50 the Offense,2) go back to their strong ground attack against the Rockets strength 3) or test the Rocket's Pass Defense right away(Rockets gave up a lot of short-intermediate yardage last season, but played against the long ball)?

Hope the Rockets don't give Allen all day to pass.

From what I have seen watching games from last year and this season's opener, Allen is a pocket passer by choice and has a very quick release time so his deep routes are few in comparison to short and mid-range patterns.
