Some friends and I are tentatively planning to watch the game this Saturday afternoon at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ridgeland. One of my co-workers (an Auburn fan and alum) and I are planning on being there probably an hour before kickoff, so if any of you want to join us, please feel free. Keep in mind that with our jobs, this may change at the last second if we end up having to work. Radio sucks like that sometimes. At any rate, for now, we're on. PM me or just post if you are interested in coming so that we get enough chairs.

Wiz, that sounds tempting... I'm afraid to watch Ole Miss football in public (other than at the stadium, of course) because I might curse, and/or slam a glass down on a table or something.
And you are a better man than I am a woman if you can watch a game with a fan of the opposing team! But if I can get my prescription refilled before then, I just might join you. But don't worry about a chair for me; I have to walk the floor while the Rebs are playing.

No, seriously, I'll try to make it on Saturday. I got friggin soccer (the communist sport) at 11 a.m. but both games should be over by two o'clock. I know we're going to lose but I hope we still put up alot of points and play them tough.
What the hell is up with these friggin high school kids these days. When I was in high school I slept until 3 on Saturdays and Sundays. I only played two sports, basketball and football, and when I got to be a senior I quit that shee-aht because I hated getting yelled at all the time. Plus, I'd rather drink beer, trip on acid and chase skirts around than getting beat up at practice just so I could sit on the bench during a game.
Anyway, these kids today play like a dozen sports in one school year. The girls play soccer, fast and slow pitch softball, basketball, cheerlead (which is not a sport, athletic but not a sport like basketball), cross country, powerlifting, and on and on and on. Boys play football, basketball, baseball, soccer, cross country, powerlifting, wrestling, roller blade hockey, and on and on and on. I mean there's a damn sporting even going on every friggin day of the week y'all. Where do these kids get the energy for all this crap? What do they do in school all day, practice? When do the kids learn? I mean, the only day of the week when nothing is going on is Sunday, when the damn kids are youth teachers in Sunday School. What the hell is going on with today's youth? When I was a kid, I was into drugs, sex and rock and roll (and a little hip-hop too). Today's kids are fried on Ritalin and are overacheivers. This sucks! I just want a day off!

It's on Lake Harbour Drive in Ridgeland. If you're headed towards the Rez on Lake Harbour, go just past Old Canton Road and it will be on the left hand side right after BP and Arby's. Hope to see everyone there.

I'll have to rescind my RSVP because that friggin commie conspiracy known as soccer won't begin until 3 p.m. not 11 a.m. like I originally posted. I won't even get to see the friggin' Ole Miss game, but I'll probably do well to miss this one (and the next as well).
Gosh I hate friggin soccer. What the hell is up with all those freakin' kids who play that crap? The game is not exciting. I went to a game on Monday and it sucked! They kicked the ball around for an hour and half and scored a goal for each team, then the friggin thing went into overtime. After overtime, since no one scored, they ended the game with a tie. What the hell is that all about? Why play the friggin game if no one wins. Those damn commies! Only the communists could come up with a sport in which no one wins!

I missed the game, but I taped it and judging from David Kellum's "unbelievable" at the end, it was a good one.
