Something I haven't seen discussed, but I wonder how much Kedren may be to blame for showing up for start of summer workouts as Shamu....
He and of course the environment that Pastner, who is ultimately to blame, fosters by not being a figure of respect that knows how to demand and inspire excellence, or get the kind of recruit that has it naturally. Guy probably showed up and saw a bunch of clowning, fat or injured teammates, reflected on the demeanor and eptitude of his coach and said f it, I gotta get out of here

Nichols wouldn't know what his teammates were doing. It's beating a dead donkey now.
Jezebel
Neither of us would know how much he knew about what his teammates were doing.

Still... A far more worthy discussion than what I've seen posted of late...
Such as BS from Mimi about him being a quitter or some mouth breathing idiot posting that he isn't a D1 talent

I'm pretty sure he knew what Shaq was up to
Let's resurrect that dead donkey and put the saddest feller on it. There's at least 3 good candidates here who could use a donkey ride around the ring a couple times. Might cheer 'em up. :D

Nobody cares what you think

Seriously
03-lmfao Somebody stop me...please. It's too easy.
Im glad Austin left considering the reaction he is getting from you people. Kid is an all conference player and leaves but it can't possibly have anything to do with the mediocre coach but we can trash him, his girlfriend, his family, his stats, et al.

Sad really

Ain't it the truth? That said, I think you got this. I'm getting a beer.
Carry on.

He probably read this board and decided memphis basketball fans were batshit crazy and frightening
Winner
Chiggen dinner.
By all accounts, he always wanted to go away for school and experience college life. Away. Going AWAY for college sounds pretty cool when you're in high school. Pulled a last minute shocker and signed with Memphis. Wanted to represent his city. BMOC. Wasn't quiet going as planned and went back to plan A. Virginia and the ACC sounded pretty cool. Kids will be kids. Godspeed.

Lol
Shaq has the sweetest, most angelic smile ever. And when he lets down his hair, I love it. But what I love most is when he gets down to kickass biz...like he did when he took control in that preseason tournament we won down in the Sunshine State. That seems like a million years ago now. 03-lmfao

Well someone really does know what happened

Fancy that
Sucks when you break up with someone and move on, but they won't.
