Good bounce back win after the A&M disappointment. But San Jose was picked 7th in the MWC in the preseason poll, so it seems like the soccer team has a few things to work on still if they want to successfully defend their conference title.

Next two games at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Friday (Aug. 28) and on Sunday (Aug. 30) for a 4 pm match against Sam Houston State to be played downtown at BBVA Compass Stadium.
