By the way, on the same basis, the AAC has 4 championships between Navy (2), Tulane (1) and SMU (1).

Texas with three is surprising...I would have thought they would have had a lot more.

Winning is hard.

Let me add that the AAC is the only "G5" conference which has members owning championship titles. One more reason that the AAC is clearly the 6th best FBS conference.
